U of MN golf course. Ran an hour before the HS races and then 30+ chasing runners around the course- XC Fartlek.

Tried to get in a run at RH before the deluge but it hit hard during my first loop. Lots of very close-by lightning.
Yea, I hope to die doing what I love, where I love to do it, but maybe not today.

Rock Hill. Almost no pain, just tight. Encouraged.

Through Hartley, to RH (Ran) and then back home via Jarrow's, Pleasant View hill, Woodland.

Biked to RH and chanced a short jog. Pain minimal. Could actually push the uphills, but had to limp downs.
