FarPar for 1.5 with the dogs then went to Hartley for a loop. Leg felt better on trails (shorter quicker stride maybe.)

Crushed the 15:00 barrier for 3k at the Duluth East Executive Board fun run to raise money for books to Africa. Finished mid-pack amongst rollerbladers, skateboarders, moms, a big teenager in a Whoopie cushion costume...
I was dressed as a gentleman farmer (bibs and a tie) and I think people thought I had a wooden leg too.
