Grand Rapids mostly blacktop and grass along the Mesabi Trail. Last mile hard in 6:29 but wonder if the mm are accurate.

Ran from home to Kathi's to pick up a car. Detour to Jay's to harass him while he mowed his grass. A bit faster pace for most of it.

Felt pretty good, all things considered.
