30:00 warm-up at Rock Hill and to the track.
4 X 2:00/1:00's with Dan and Kathi (running about 6:20 pace during 2:00 sections.)
Jog back to RH.
Mike Laughlin joined us for a while as well.

Then pushed the last mile of the 5 mile course in about 6:45.

Rock Hill with Bam Bam for two big loops and one bridge. Took a nice header coming down the hill... Jill A. just missed it.
Felt okay other than that.
Watched Eli's first race at Lester. He was 3rd, after leading 3/4 of the race.
Good opener.

Just too damn busy to run. Drove Phoebe out to Vermont to school, then back... in 4 days. Way too much sitting and eating... yuck.
