Next SHT section from Bally Creek to Cascade St. Park. Was able to run 98% of the trail. 12:30-17:00/mile. Julie's longest run (she went NE, while I ran SW)

1 mile hard on MN Mile course 6:29 (93-97-98-100)
1 mile c/d on SHT
That course stinks. The hill comes in the last 400 and you are so exhausted that you can't take advantage of short downhill at end.

From home, through new and improved(?) Hartley, to Rock Hill. Only Bam Bam showed up. Maybe 40:00 with him and then back home. Slow going on saturated trails, but quick on roads (some 7:00 pace sections.)
