Felt fine. Drank one bottle of my special elixor (water, maple syrup, chaga, lemon juice) Last mile (overall uphill) 7:39, otherwise slow going.

With TomO from French River down #61 to the freeway, and back. (We were going to run the 1/2 course, but there was little wind, so we did out and back)
Steady 8:05-8:25 pace the first 10, then Tom took off, and I ran 7:55's the last 3 miles. Felt good. 14 days booze free might have something to do with it.
Sunny and high 30's. Good times!
