From home, Hartley, St. Marie, Congdon Cr. trail to Lakewalk, Canal Park, Arena, W. End, back to Canal, and meander up to St. Mary's to car. R. piriformis pretty bad, but able to hobble through it.

Out and back on #61 from Brighton Beach with TomO.
Miscalculation on wind, so a bit cold for shorts and light gloves on the way back. First mile=9:37, 7:40 last mile. Lots of 8:03-8:20's in between
