XC Skiing (Back country) 6:00:00 [3]
(sick)
Skiied up cootapotamba valley, past the frozen lake cootapotamba lake... to kosi saddle, then down the valley on the other side. then up to albina saddle, and down to lake albina. Lake albina is kindof a figure 8 shape, joined in the middle by a 5m wide strip.... we skiied across this!! scary/dangerous much??!.... Then we skied up mt Townsend... getting a bit windy by now, then down into the valley on the west of kosi, up some random hill things, did some slopes and finally back to the hut.
Sooo...in otherwords we circumnavigated mt kosiosko
Shame weather is not brill.
Felling a bit fluey this morn

Cycling (MTB) race (Cycle Rogain) 3:40:00 [4]
It was a 6hr event.
we had a mechanical after 3hrs and had to stop.
In 3 hours we got 830 pts. The other team int the family cat got 210 pts in 5.5hrs!! Top team got 1800 (in 6 hours). We believe that we would have got 1620 pts, which would have left us in 4th place overall!!!!
Anyway it was hard yakka but good fun!
