| Twelve minute run in PE. I did 7 laps (each 400m) plus 6 cones (each 20 m). This makes 2920 meters. So i am happy with this as it is almost 4minute Km's. Got second in my class, hayden O'K got 7 laps 12 cones.
I think the set up was dodgy, but dont know if it was longer or shorter. | ||
