orienteering (Senior Trainingcamp) 1:14:04 [3]

"Col de la Faucille / Handicap-O" . Massstart on top of Petit Mont Rond. I probably got the wrong course, because i was out for about 15 min. too long and did a 10 min. mistake as well? Again problems with circulation/breathing (Altitude)

"La Dôle" (Komplex OL). I only did part of the way to avoid more problems. It was cold and grey and anyway no great view on top of the mountain today !

Note

The crew of "Wolfland" did an excellent job and gave us the opportunity to prepare for the Masters in August. I hope the weather will be a bit friendlier by then ! ( We actually only had rain before and after the trainings ! ) ;-))

"Chalet Pin / Compass" Chapelle de Bois. Had problems at 3rd control so i only did the short loop.

"Combe Froide" Routechoices. Very slow to avoid breathing problems. Went well !

We had to skip the second training due to havy rain and thick fog.

"Darbella", -Grob-Fein- to get a feeling of the Jura-Terrain. So nice and tricky.

"Sprint Fort Les Rousses" Very tricky, lost some time at a "stolen" control and then had to do a detour because i was standing on a closed door (1) and on the top of a roof (2) ! Fun !!!
