orienteering race (Sprint Qual WMOC) 14:25 [3] 1.4 km (10:18 / km) +20m 9:37 / km

La Chaux-de-Fonds
Punched a wrong control before 6 (was very close, lost 20 sec.) lost also 20 sec. because of rechecking the map twice by using the magnifier after 8. Was surprised to reach the A-Final with my "speed".

Cycling (Flyer / e-bike) 1:30:00 [2] 15.0 km (6:00 / km) +860m 4:40 / km

From Entlebuch to Glaubenberg - Langis - Entlebuch with Cyril.
Fun : you can cycle as hard as you want (I had half of the Battery left !) and overtake the "normal" cyclists.
The rain hit us only on the downhill part, so the extra loop was canceled

orienteering race (Luzerner Einzel OL) 1:21:59 [3] 3.4 km (24:07 / km) +120m 20:30 / km

Chrienseregg / misspunched - puu !
Missread to control 2, relocated and climbed stupidly a very steep hill and punched the wrong control (very close and did not check the nr. as i normaly do). As it was wet terrain i had problems to go down the slops and the climbs i have to go slow anyway! Very bad prestart for the masters next week :-(

3 Hours hiking in Dreibündenstein with Peter, he is going to remap this lovely part on about 2000m Altitude. It was warm, but not hot up there !

Birrfeldloop in a different direction due to a closed road. Mmh and the cherries are delicious !

orienteering race (Day 6 / Obernberger See) 1:08:00 [3] 3.2 km (21:15 / km) +90m 18:38 / km

Again a very steep climb to the start! Detour to 2, and mistake to 7 and 9. But i could enjoy the walk today. A really beautiful valley with a charming lake and picknick area.

Same competition area. Quit the race after 1 hour due to a mistake to the 2nd c., totaly exhausted today !

orienteering race (Serles/Waldraster Jöchl) 1:14:13 [3] 3.7 km (20:04 / km) +80m 18:06 / km

Day 4, in the Austrian Part of Tyrol, Stubaital. Up to 1800 m A.with the Cablecar and 200 m. climb to the start! Swampy parts and fallen trees made it demanding, wobble to 1 and mistake to 2, i had to go very slow to avoid circ. problems.
