With the Seniorgroup: Bettwil-Horben-Beinwil (logged only the uphill part) The sun broke through while we had lunchbreak, so nice and also some glance to the alps Lucky us ;-)

orienteering race (Hoch Ybrig) 1:27:28 [4] 3.5 km (24:59 / km) +60m 23:01 / km

"OL-Leckerbissen";temps and weather surprisingly good. 1,2,3,4 ok then wrong route choice; very demanding terrain along the shortest way and also overlooked 5 (5'). 6 and 7 ok, got very tired to 8. 9 = too high (0,5'), unconcentraded down to 10 (-2') silly route choice to 11 (3') bad r.choice to 13 (1,5'), rest slow due to tired legs. 2nd with 26' down to the 1st ;-) !

orienteering race (4. Nat. / Monte Marzio /I) 1:15:03 [4] 3.3 km (22:45 / km) +145m 18:39 / km

Went too fast in the beginning and climbs, lost concentration and made a direction error to 6 (8'), wobbeling around 8 and bad route choice to 9 and 10 (7'). Facit: i have to go very slow (slower than slow) in the climbs. My body was "revolting" in the finish.
