orienteering race (Swiss Champs Middle) 1:36:33 [2] 2.0 km (48:17 / km) +40m 43:53 / km

Very unsure the whole race; missed 2 and circled, attacked 3 times the 3, confused before the 4, otherways slow but not too bad for me. Very challenging terrain and once again i had a lot of troubles, nevertheless i enjoyed it !

orienteering race (City Sprint Laufenburg) 24:51 [3] 1.8 km (13:48 / km) +50m 12:07 / km

2 Loops, many ups and downs, good course and lots of controls (20) It was worth going, nice little town, good weather and temps, fun. My foot behaved during the race, but complained afterwards :-(

Butterfly Sprint trough the village, easy and only a few route choices, took the wrong entrance to the last control, rest was ok for me. Only few participants.
We decided to go to the Baselbiet as we wanted to know how many cherries are on our three in Känerkinden: there are a lot and also 2 or 3 weeks in advance.

Showed 10 km, but its not possible ! have to check the batteries, but it felt good anyway exept the high heart rate; i am so out of shape.
