Again nearly missed 2, wrong route choice to 3, small mistake to 7, probably wrong route choice to 10, back and legs bothering today.

Did not see the 2nd control on the map, realised at 3 and went back, then 3 more small wobbles, but i am not able to go faster due to my leg problems.

Saw my Physio today, i have to go on with the therapy workout! She then pressed today (with a wooden stick = ouch!!) 2 Trigger points and i have to stretch it 7 times a day.

Went well, i was able to avoid leg pain by doing therapy stuff while walking.

Before the Sauna i tested the swimming style: i want to learn the crawl. Very tough, the breathing !
