orienteering race (Long / Sissacherfluh) 1:01:44 [4] 3.8 km (16:15 / km) +120m 14:02 / km

Climb to 1, ok 2,3,downhill part to 5 and 6, unsure route choice to 7, missed a path to 8 and had to climb a steep hill again (7' detour), 9,10,11 ok, was worn out in the finish but happy to have it done !

To the start, very slow due to the high temperatures. Drank a lot of water so felt ok at the start

orienteering race (Middle / Bad Schauenburg) 50:58 [4] 2.8 km (18:12 / km) +60m 16:26 / km

Unconcentrated to 1, then ok up to 8, 9 - 12 struggling together with others (was not able to read the map properly, 1:7500 would have helped ?), last 3 controls were a downhill race !
