Bush Orienteering race (NOL 10 Sprint) 22:38 [4] 2.3 km (9:50 / km)

Really enjoyed "Littlechild Creek". Great map and terrific weather conditions. Really slow at the start, but was quite happy with my run overall. Felt pressured to not embarrass myself, (and Josh), so was really pleased to just concentrate and do my own thing. Sloppy around the spectator control!!

Bush Orienteering (NOL 11 Middle) 57:06 [4] 4.25 km (13:26 / km)

Was disappointed I didn't keep as good a map contact during this course. Once again, slow to the first control. Big time wasting error on long leg, and almost disappeared trying to bash through the green!! Happy with some legs, but too many little errors. I feel like I'm OK with my pace in the bush, but just wish I could navigate well more consistently to keep at that pace.

Schwinn cycle class at gym with lil Nic. Half hour feels great after doin some 45 min classes.

Fiddled around at the gym after cycle class on a few machines before doing this 'Cardio Camp' class. Lot of skipping. Pretty good.

Ran around Ashtonfield. Great weather. Still sore from gym class on Sunday!!! Have to admit this was the run Josh did in 25.44. How to make your Mum feel great!!!

Ran from home to the gym to do a 'body blitz' class (like pump).
Enjoyed the run. This was my Mother's Day gift - got to do two workouts in the one day!!!! Thanx Russ
