Running 28:00 [3]

Just a run from home. Felt OK. Beautiful day.

Cycling (Schwinn cycle class) 30:00 [4]

Legs a bit stiff today, so this was good to get them moving and then stretch.

Street Orienteering race (StreetO No.1) 48:10 [4] 9.78 km (4:56 / km)

First StreetO of the summer series. At flat Swansea - thank goodness. Overall pretty pleased with my efforts. Felt OK, calves were hurting during the run, and are certainly tender now. Really looking forward to those stairs tomorrow at work! I just felt pleased to run as hard as I did for that length of time, and feel pretty comfortable. The cool temperature and lack of contours certainly worked in my favour. Loved getting back to StreetO. I scored 40 points, but was just over 3 minutes late, so had 4 deducted = 36. Next week's hilly Newcastle might be a different story!!
My distance from geodistance.com - it's great because you can zoom in and see actual house numbers and get the route pretty accurate.

Running 20:27 [3]

Just a short run from home. Tried to turn the legs over a bit quicker - not sure if it worked. Calves still dodgy, but getting better; sick of coughing and spluttering when I run.

Cycling (Schwin Cycle Class) 45:00 [4]

Mmm I didn't think I was going to last the 45 minutes. I know I've had a break from exercise, and I've been sick, but just not feeling real good at the moment. Tried hard.

Running 30:00 [2]

Ran with lil Nic around Ashtonfield. Stopped on two occasions to stretch the calves, and poor lil Nic having trouble with her knees. I'm still of the opinion it's because she's growing, but hope it rectifies soon. Might get them checked if it continues as she starts to get back into things. Fantastic evening. I love daylight saving.
