Running 49:40 [3] 9.6 km (5:10 / km)

Just a run around Ashtonfield. I was doing this run about 2 mins quicker a couple of months ago. Seem to have lost a bit of pace. Felt OK, and glad I made the effort. I'm guessing newc people will be hoping they don't score me in their relay team tomorrow, knowing how stiff I was after last Saturday's run. Think I'll be OK though.

Running (Jogging really) 20:00 [2]

Just a little jog to a friends house with lil Nic as she rode her bike. Pretty slow jog with stops of walking as well. Actually leepback would probably call this session intervals: periods of high intensity being the slow jog, periods of lower intensity the walk!!!

Street Orienteering race (StreetO No.4) 46:30 [4] 9.5 km (4:54 / km)

Enjoyable map once again. Was disappointed to be back late, but my score ended up relatively OK. Ran hard on occasions, but seem to have to consciously remind myself to try going a little faster. At one stage I was running down a hill and thought "Karen you're just coasting", so then tried to push. Running on the way back at one stage behind lil Nic and it took me quite a while to catch her.
My route 1B 1A 2A 1C 1E 1D 3A 1G 2B 1H 2C 2D 3B 1N 2F 3D 1P 1K 3E 1J 1S 2H 1X 37 Points -2 for late = 35. I believe that equalled colbee :-) Was good fun.

Cycling (Schwinn class) 45:00 [4]

Super tough but the class seemed to go quickly.

Running 20:19 [3]

Just a short run, (maybe 'jog' would be a more appropriate word), from home. Really just tried to loosen the legs a bit; very stiff hammies today, so it was a bit of a struggle. I can't really understand why my legs feel so stiff. Yesterday I may have run further than normal, but I think I run harder at Street O, and they never feel like this. Maybe I stop more than I realise at Street O, marking my answers and stuff. I may very well have just discovered a way to catch colbee!!! Ssshh.
