Cycling (Schwinn cycle class) 30:00 [4]

Just the half hour class. Worked hard but didn't enjoy this class's instructor so much.

Street Orienteering (StreetO No.16) 43:45 [4] 7.9 km (5:32 / km)

New map and found it challenging to choose a route today.
I went: 1C 3A 2E 3D 2H 1K 2K 3C 1L 2J 1S 3E 1P 2L 3B 2C 2A .
Should have got 1J on the way to 3D instead of going in along the track and then back out the same way.
Had a bit of trouble with the tracks from 2H to 1K but just wasted bit of time there.
Thought my route choice was OK, however when I was on my way to 2L I realised that there was no way through from 2B to 1A and home. Oops. Had a pretty long run back with not much scoring. From 2A I would have had time to get 1A, but didn't risk it.
Interesting that I missed the 9 points close to the start/finish; I guess it was either you do the big loop over the creek and around, or score close to the start. I went around, and it was a great training run.
Enjoyed it heaps. Thanks mapgirl and leepback.

Touch Footy 40:00 [2]

Not a very exciting game. Pretty slow, maybe because of the rain. After so many hot days, we played in strong wind and constant drizzle. :-)

Cycling (Schwin Cycle Class) 45:00 [4]

Today's scenario: we rode up Sugarloaf from Wallsend roundabout. Tough. Felt quite weak and faint once I got home.

Street Orienteering (CC StreetO) 44:45 [4]

'Norah Head'
So much cooler on the coast than in Maitland. Still hot, but at least there was a breeze.
Pretty pleased with my route choice. Enjoyed the map and the run.
Nice swim at the beach after - water was freezing; and swim at home, pool water has consistently been 28-29 degrees this week after so much hot weather. Then took lil Nic (or 'NOT SO LIL' Nic) to 2 hrs of touch footy training.
