Great fun, although already felt tired from the morning.
Thanks heaps Julian.

Cycling (Schwinn class) 45:00 [4]

Expelled quite a bit of frustration during this class; worked hard.

Gym (Body Blitz) 55:00 [3]

Was pretty exhausted by the time this class started - could have fallen asleep!! I know my arms are weak, and I'm not ashamed to admit that during the bicep track, shoulder track etc I have only 3.5 kg on both ends of my bar. What was quite funny was that tonight a girl (using the term loosely!!) was beside me and try to picture her: lots of tattoos, quite solid and butch, short bleached blonde shaggy hair, tight singlet. Anyway for each of the tracks she loaded up her bar with the heaviest weights (more stacked on than any of the guys in the class) but could only do a couple of reps and had to stop. She grunted and groaned and wasted half the class. I think I'll stick to my little weights - I worked til I was shaking and aching. Was good.

Street Orienteering 34:41 [3]

Ran with a map around the streets of Ashtonfield and the nicer area of Metford. Same as last time - Nic and I had circles on the map and we took turns navigating to whichever one we wanted. Good fun. Touch of rain was nice.

Cycling (Schwinn class) 45:00 [4]

Didn't feel super motivated tonight - was so comfy in the warmth at home after work with a hot milo and cake. Glad I made the effort, and worked hard.

Bush Orienteering (NOY) 1:16:00 [4] 7.8 km (9:45 / km)

'Rural Acres'
Think I've only been on this map once before, and I love it. So runnable and visibility is great.
Ankle guard broke before I started,so just ran in my runners without them. Was a bit cautious to not roll my ankle - AND DIDN'T.....yay.
Opted for the long course which involved a map change part way through. Glad it was pre marked.
Stuffed the first control - just ended up in the wrong watercourse.
After that went OK. Nothing urgent about my running, but certainly felt pretty stuffed by about #18.
Enjoyed it heaps.
Great courses by StK66, and the best thing is, Saints had a win, which makes my Father's Day organisation so much easier..... he's already happy :-)
