Great class.
From my Physio appoiintment it appears as though I have a muscle imbalance causing my knee cap to be significantly out of alignment. It's being pulled to the outside so I'm strapping it during the day and concentrating on strengthening my inner thigh muscles. I could certainly notice the right knee cap different to my left, but I'm not yet convinced that's the whole problem.
Anyway during my cycle class I concentrated on using those inner muscles more - when I could. Of course during the last track, high cadence, hard work and flat out for 3 minutes to "Walk like an Egyptian"my mind may have strayed from my knees !!!!!
