Just ran from home to test the knee. Have been strapping it since Wednesday. Doesn't feel any worse, but much the same really. Physio told me not to run for a week but I'm sure I didn't do any harm :) Went to this little flat section and tried to push hard for a minute then walk for a minute to see how it went. .. OK

Worked hard.
Great class.

From my Physio appoiintment it appears as though I have a muscle imbalance causing my knee cap to be significantly out of alignment. It's being pulled to the outside so I'm strapping it during the day and concentrating on strengthening my inner thigh muscles. I could certainly notice the right knee cap different to my left, but I'm not yet convinced that's the whole problem.
Anyway during my cycle class I concentrated on using those inner muscles more - when I could. Of course during the last track, high cadence, hard work and flat out for 3 minutes to "Walk like an Egyptian"my mind may have strayed from my knees !!!!!

Disappointed to realise there was a change in gym timetable leaving me not enough time to make the cycle class.
Ah well, just went to the gym and ran on the treadmill for 20 mins prior to the Abs class, tried to work hard.
