Bush Orienteering (NSW Middle Distance) 46:02 [3] 4.3 km (10:42 / km)

Diudn't find the course very technical so was disappointed to lose time due to silly errors: #9 and #15 in particular. Bit messy really.

Gym (Cardio Camp) 45:00 [3]

Ran on the treadmill for 10 mins as well to warm up before class. I have to do that for this class because the warm up is very short and very intense. Tonight for instance, it was skipping!!! My old knees just wouldn't cope going straight into that!
Enjoyed the class. First one for a few weeks.

"Brush Creek"
Decided to do the long, even though lack of training was always going to make 7.3km difficult.
Too many track options today and for me, not feeling very fit at the moment, I struggled and once again was slack and didn't push myself like I should. Navigated pretty well, but at my pace and with so many track legs, so I should!
