Not sure of exact time.
Stuck to the flatter areas today - good decision, especially with such a sore hip. It's been playing up for about a month but was very painful today. Felt like I was limping the whole way, and its tender to touch??.' Was even hurting crossing my legs today. Not sure if it's to do with running strangely because of the toe, but certainly after running awkwardly today I now have a blister on my foot near my little toe. Things just keep getting worse !!
Anyway was pretty pleased with my run except for lack of speed and fitness.
