Cycling (Schwann cycle class) 45:00 [3]

Worked ok but coughed a lot.
It was just what I needed though after a day at school with my HSC kids.

Bush Orienteering 1:15:00 [3]

Josh, Nicola and I put some controls out at 'Soapy Flat'.
Set a couple of training activities for some juniors and their family members. Was a terrific day.
Did an activity focusing on attackpoints; then josh combined all my controls to create a different course for everyone, involving splits so we did a mass start relay. Lastly we had a pairs race including control collecting.
Great fun and so nice working with such enthusiastic young ones :)
Well worth the effort! Not too cold either.
Time is just a guess

Bush Orienteering (NOY ) 1:07:00 [3]

"Brush Creek"
My first run since being sick.
Coughed a bit, and had to walk a lot just because of chest tightness.
Pretty happy with navigation though.
17 controls in 5.8 km - very enjoyable and really quite warm today :)
Highlight of the day: Watching the delight on Baxter's face as Geoff belted out his version of 'baa baa black sheep" :)
