Street Orienteering (StreetO) 44:18 [4]
StreetO at Pelican. Really flat. Didn't feel very fast and walked a bit pretending I needed to look at my clues haha. A couple of slack training weeks being very busy with work and other stuff means I don't feel very fit at the moment. Anyway, two more days of work, then a bit of a Christmas rush and then a trip to NZ .... Can't wait!

Bush Orienteering (Camp champs) 51:09 [4] 6.6 km (7:45 / km)
Ran the Senior girls camp champs course in very hot conditions. Struggled in the heat in the second loop. Didn't navigate too bad, couple of errors but didn't tackle the hills with any real force!
Great course and Belford is Newcastle's fastest, most open/visible map by a mile. I think averaged about 7 1/2 min Kms and was about 4 1/2 - 5 mins behind Heather. Was very keen for it to finish. Hot conditions for David and Lena having been in minus 29 degrees last week and running in mid 30's this week!!
