Cycling 45:00 [3]

Didn't work super hard. So tired I honestly wanted to just close my eyes during the warmup!

Running 30:00 [3]

I'm still pretty pathetic really; absolutely no stamina. So much so that I have a T shirt with "runner" written on the front and I felt it was too hypocritical to wear it.

Bit of a session down on the flat track near home. Calf is fine again now :)

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Pretty sore calf, interestingly the same one that tightened up during the run on Saturday.
Enjoyed the cycle class heaps

Bush Orienteering 1:07:09 [3] 5.6 km (11:59 / km)

Minor event at Mt Sugarloaf. Nicola and I were pretty excited heading off from home this morning - our first orienteer since High Coast 2 days, Sweden. Knowing I'm lacking fitness and there are a couple of spots on the Sugarloaf map I've never navigated well, I was content to run the long course and just be out there for a decent time and get some navigation practice and km in the legs.
Loved it!!! So good to be back!!!
Disappointed to have to walk as much as I did - always on an incline haha. Overran #2; miscounted the gullies/watercourses heading to #7; veered too far left to #9, wasn't sure then if the rock I found was the black, or the grey to start with; so slow uphill from #11, #12. Should have stayed high after #15 rather than dropping to the track; very exhausted uphill to the finish.
Great course and love this map.
So that's 5 days of exercise in a row - my body isn't sure what's happened. Few sore spots but feeling better :)
Was nice to see everyone today :)
