Running 26:00 [3]

Wasn't functioning very well at all last night after such a hectic week. Not sleeping well and last night was no different so didn't push myself to get to ParkO this morning like I'd planned. Went out there for a run later but hopefully next week I'll make it!!! Was slippery but pleasant and I forgot to have a ventolin so not super effective.

Street Orienteering (StreetO #4) 45:12 [3] 7.4 km (6:06 / km)

Raspberry Gully
Pretty hilly.
Tried to run it hard at times but was also lazy at times.
Enjoyable but disappointed I was late again ..... could easily have made up those seconds.
Feeling extremely tired.

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Wasn't going to cycle this week but knee was slightly better so thought it would be a good test to see whether cycling aggravates it.

Running 25:34 [3] 4.85 km (5:16 / km)

Didn't feel confident in my knee to go to Maitland ParkO yesterday so went out there for a run today on the soft tracks to give my legs a rest from asphalt. Didn't expect it to be busy but there were vintage cars and jumping castles and clowns and heaps of people BBQing and the model railway in action. Felt a little self conscious heading out through them.
I think I followed basically the Park run course, heading out along the dam wall and turning around just before the gate. Knee didn't feel too bad today which is just more confusing. Stopped a couple of times and felt pretty damn exhausted!
