Running 12:00 [2]
Well I wasn't going to do anything today, coz of the act cross country tomorrow, but after reading joshwa's comments about running the day before a race and how everyone seemed to think you should ... i decided to do a really short run and then stretch :)
Stretching 10:00 [1]

Saturday May 31

Orienteering (Blue Lightning) 20:00 [2] 2 km (10:00 / km)
Practicing being really accurate for a short distance - lots of little controls close together, changing direction all the time.
Orienteering race 43:00 [3] 5.3 km (8:07 / km)
Pretty terrible - made some little mistakes and felt really tired the whole way.

Friday May 30

Running 45:00 [3]
Yay I decided I wanted to run for longer than I usually do when I'm running by myself (not orienteering). hehe thought about not admitting that I'm proud of a run that loads of people would say is too short, but then I decided I didn't care coz it's still longer for me :D
Ran down to the lake then around the two bridges back to where I started then home, not going too fast coz I didn't know how long it was going to be...

Wednesday May 28

Cycling 1:15:00 [2]
To and from school and then to training in the afternoon.
Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]
8 mins warm up then just a couple of minutes slow jogging afterwards. Plus some stretching.
Running (Blue Lightning) 30:00 [3]
Lots of fun - running from the side of the lake through the sculpture garden and rose gardens etc. and we did little excercise like playing tips in the rose garden, a soldier relay (?? not sure if that's what it was called), runnning backwards and sprinting for a little while. With quite a few tiny stops in between some of them. Ran with a map for part of it. Felt good - we weren't going that fast really but still I didn't get at all tired. Felt like I could run home afterwards but it was getting dark and mum was picking me and my bike up :(. It's so much easier running with other people!!
C • FUN! 2

Note
grr the stupid darkness!! i had no time when it was light to train today and couldn't ride to school coz of musical rehearsals afterwards.
unless dancing and running around stage for 2 1/2 hours counts as training? lol i wish.
