Warm Up/ Down 15:00 [3]

Had to park a fair way away from the weir so just used the extra distance as a warm up/down as it was just along some streets.

Running 1:17:56 [3]

Long run at Lane Cove. Ran alone today and the time went by so slowly.

10-15 sec rest between intervals
Was such a struggle to leave my desk and do something, but I was glad I did. Session went by pretty quickly, was too busy stressing about exams to notice how sore my legs were getting.

Warm up jog followed by some drills and run throughs.
Cool down jog/shuffle around the whole park.

Orienteering race (QBIII Day 3) 40:14 [3] 4.9 km (8:13 / km) +140m 7:11 / km

Middle Distance at Gardens of Stone
So many little mistakes! and also struggled in the vague slopes. Although my result was alright, was really annoyed with myself for my concentration and navigation in the race.
Mistakes:
2- stopped one gully short, and I knew that I still needed to go one further. Ended up too high in the next gully though and wasted time searching in the wrong patch of green
Lost: 1min 30sec
12- approached the cliff from the wrong side and wasted time climbing up between boulders when there was no need to
Lost: 20 sec
15- in the same area that number 2 was. Bearing from previous control was shocking and missed the dam that I was planning on seeing. Ended up in the same gully I stopped in on the way to number 2, and realised I was 2 contours too high and 200m too early
Lost: 2min 45sec

Great weekend of racing though

Warm Up/ Down 35:00 [3]

Warm up and warm down including collecting controls in the vague hills that I had trouble with in today's race :)
