Good run again. Not so long but still Sprint feeling! Okay orientering preformed. Nice for the kids too of course...

Pre meeting for the kids at Orienterings-konfirmations-läger in Eksjö...seems like I will be the mail-leader for that real camp in Eksjö this summer to come.

Nice OL-training arranged by two students at Eksjö Orienteringsgymnasium!

Stayed up blogging (http://karltiselius.blogspot.com/) late at night...hmm..but it's cool, resting day today. Will sleep on the train to Eksjö. I was called in to be a leader this weekend when a lot of planed leaders got sick. Okay and maybe this will be my summerwork for 1 month next summer...

Tested my new rollerskies "Swenor Finestep"! Wonderful perfection! Thank you Biskopsgårdens sport for a nice buy!!

Didn't push so hard both because I had a camelback and it was the first time rolling this season. But nice feeling! I remembered how to do it right!

GO OBAMA!!! Happy day. And today I got mail from both Simone Niggli and Thierry! That's special ;) However this day was a resting day...don't want to risk anything now after the tough weekend. Now I'm off for club meeting at 19.00.

GMOK-training...a bit hilly... Was very stiff in my back so I started slowly..but since we only ran 4 intervals I started to push very hard the 2 last...
Had a little feeling of hurting knee in the second last interval, but it was no danger for keep on pushing to the finishline.... But Shep told me there is no finishline and damn he's true! More training to come! Just bought rollerskies today! Happy time!!

Salsa again...so much combinations and spins now...Damn I like it!!

Very fun and very intense! My team came last, but I had the 4'th best laptime of all 50 racers! Maybe due to some taxi skill! ;) Wrote this as a training cause i felt like it! Pushed really hard all the time!
