Spinning 1:15:00 [3]

I did a 15min warm up on my own, then I attended a instructor led class. It was very good, I pushed my self hard :) It was three work periods of 12, 13 and 15min.

Beat It!! An hour long instructor lead class. Then I finished of with some core exercises.

Kitesurfing 1:00:00 [2]

Not enough wind for my 11 kite and board. Tried a directional board for the first time, so I got a session after all. It was quite different from the twin tip board I'm used to, but lots of fun!

Ran around Mosvatn for warmup. The body felt pretty good.

4x4min intervals up hill. Or at leas that was the idea....I did three intervals and in the break after the third I managed to twist my ankle pretty bad :( aaahhrg!!! Though I did discover one positive thing today, I have improoved about 30s from the spring.

2x4min and then 2x2min. Didn't feel to good today. I was really tired after a bad "night" sleep.

Ran around Lille Stokkavatn. Didn't really feel like training today, so I just wanted it to be over with.... Finished off with up hill running today as well, but I held back a little bit. Arghh. (spent 4:46 up the hill today).

Went to an instructor led class. It was a really boring class, the instructor was no fun..... After a little bit warm up we did 30s intervals with 30s break. First we did 4 intervals and had 2min break before we did 6 and then 8.

Core Bosu. A little bit tired after the spinning, but it was a good class.

Instructor led class called Beat It. Quite fun actually :) imaging you can get out a lot of agression with this kind of training.

When I woke up the weather was fantastic!! So I headed for Preikestolen :) But I figured it was a little bit short and decided to go to another view point. It became a little bit longer than I expected, so I came back really hungry....but it was a really nice trip.

Held a pretty slow pace for both warm up and cool down.

4x4 min intervals... I held a speed of 12.5 km/h, but I should probably increase my speed a little bit. I need to get better at pushing myself!!!

In lack of anything better to do........After a good warm up I made to 6min intervals alternating between sitting and standing. Had a 4min break between them.
