Attended a instructorled class called Bootcamp. It was a great class, where you worked at different stations for 40s and then had 20s break. Unfourtunately I hurt my lower back pretty bad.......but I'll be back!!!!!
I was not really motivated today. I miss someone to train with pluss I could really need some harder training. I did mostly exercises in the terapi master today.
Running warm up/down 35:00 [2] shoes: Asics Gel Kinsei-2
25min warm up, ran around Mosvatn, and 10min cool down.
Running intervals 25:00 [4] shoes: Asics Gel Kinsei-2
4X4min intervals in up hill with 3min breaks. I didn't feel to rested today, but it's so nice when you're finished!!! I always think that it's not to bad, I should do this more often....but I never do.
