My first practice without the support brace for my knee. It went very well :) but of course I had another accident......got an elbow in the head and went down! I´m a bit worried, but hopefully it´s nothing serious.

Ran around in Sørmarka and up to Ullandhaugtårnet. It was almost easy today :) the weather was really nice!

Beach volleyball with Elliott and some of his friends. I had a really good time, but it has been a while....so made lots off mistakes.

I participated in the warmup even though I´m not playing today. The girls did well today, 28-16 against Hellvik. I want to play!!!

It was a little bit easier practice today since the other girls had a match last night. I tried to play today and it went very well!

Orienteering 59:01 [3]

Essoplukken at Bogafjell. We got a map with 30 controls delivered 1min before start, and had to decide what controls to take. The time limit was 60min, any time spent over that would give minus points. I was pretty happy with my time utilization, but made some bad choices out in the terrain.

I participated the whole practice today!! It was fun to play again :) We did a some intervals today as well. 5 rounds at 50%, 3 rounds at 75% and 2 rounds at 100%.

Went to a physiotherapist to get an opinion the status of my knee. I did a lot of new exercises to test the stability. It was really fun and challenging. Got some good news though! I can slowly start to play handball again.

Did quite a few exercises on my legs. I tried to be efficient today. Feels like all my upper body strength is just gone :( I need to try and fit in some more strength during the week.
