Woke up with a sore knee today. I can't remember doing anything special or hurting it. It dosen't hurt to stand on it, but bending it and stretching it out is bad.
Had a fun and spa day today!!! Went to the swimming pool with Toril, Mats and Ina. We stayed there for almost three hours just having fun and relaxing.
Worked out almost the entire body, but I wasn't very effective today. I just didn't feel like training today....I really want to do something else than spinning and strength, but I don't really have a choice when I'm offshore.

My ankle is still feeling pretty sore. It has probably been to much walking on it.
I just decided to do an hour and went for it. It was boring as hell, but I actually followed through :) and kept a pretty good intensity. It does feel like my hart rate is lower when i cycle compared to when I run. Would have been fun to check this out.
I hate to have a time pressure when I train! But it was good to get a short session. After 15min warm up I did two 6min intervals with 4min break. I would have liked to do at least three intervals, but maybe another day. My ankle is a little bit better so I'll try to run one of the next days.
