I did not really have a plan of where to go or what to do when I started running. The result was doing a few pickups for random distances at random paces followed by random amounts of recovery. On the last one I slipped and fell on the part between the road and sidewalk on some grass that looked normal but was all mud. I decided to head back at that point because my knee was bleeding a little bit and I was extremely muddy. It did not end up being a very good workout.
