Noon Stones Fell Race. Fun! enjoyed it all, even over the long long heathery bit. didnt push too hard in preparation for tomorrow. won a Very nice helly :)

surprisingly felt good even after yesterday - lots better than the last few days

amazingly beautiful snowy run - this was one not to be missed, definately the funnest of the year :)
bus to ladybower with luce, marcus, daveA and tomB, along the edge, up the biggest hill (back tor?), down along derwent edge.
fantastic views - snow as far as we could see, then straight down the hill into pub for chips mmm. then a horribly cold wait for 20min late bus

(v tough. snow above knees mostly = constant effort)

up to golfcourse, up and down and over bunkers and round treees - led by dave the pied piper...we ruined the lovely snow! worth it though

3 x recovery laps (about 3.5mins)
felt awful very out of breath for no apparent reason

the hare bunker game! felt much better - only had to be the hare once!
