4 x 1 mile with 300 jog recoveries. 5.51, 6.01, 5.58, 5.57
Then some sprints - 150, 200, 150, 200 (vague attempt to regain some speed).

planned to do 5 x 1 mile at 'hopeful' 10k pace (about 6.00s), but went off a bit too fast and then stopped at 4 (i'd had enough and everyone else had finished - but should've just stuck to plan). Seems unlikely I'm going to be able to string 6 of these together in a 10k.
