from cottage in coniston, up some mountains, ran with the boys for about an hour but then me and lizzie turned back as weather was very thick blizzardy up the hills.

on the treadmill. quite enjoyed it as a) i did not fall over and b) i was actually running again!

was meant to be doing some sort of running testing at hallam, but went to the physio instead as i got a last minute appointment. (also not sure i can run enough to be tested). hip is currently in the right place!

fell over on the ice very hard onto my hip on the way to spinning - so it then took ages longer to get there, so i missed spinning, so i went on a bike but the hip hurt so just did 20mins.

Run with Neil from Ladybower up Win Hill then a loop around some very thick snowy bits (not on paths) which I ran rather slow on. Very very nice to be running again.

Run wearing a hip support - felt odd but no pain so can only be a good thing. Lost my phone in the snow so went out to look for it, did not find it.
