neil paced me round at ~ 6 min miling. feeling sick on 3rd and 4th ks again so slowed. all on trails and very sharp corners so hopefully will go a bit faster on a tarmac course.

jog up to back tor with neil from strines inn. then the dp race - an hour of knee deep heather and 2 steep descents which i took ages on while everyone ran ahead - not really my cup of tea.

endcliffe park run. went off too fast to make sure i did not get beaten by my old boss. hoping to beat my march time but not feeling good - felt unfit, out of breath and very hot and felt sick on 2nd lap. but legs ok.

muscle on inside of lower L leg attached itself to the bone for support - apparently the cause of plantar fascia and heel woes. very knotted up -massage painful but hopefully worth it soon. also tight hamstrings and glutes

went to the track. first time since oct 2010, very exciting. it rained - i'd forgotten about tuesday evening rain.
8 x 400 sticking near the back of the group. trying to be very restrained - did about 85/90 sec laps.
4 laps wu and 3 laps wd with HW. plus drills etc. L heel niggling slightly so stopped warm down after 3.
