thought i was running quite fast but the pace doesn;t agree? although it was the uphillier way
should have stuck to plan and run back really but got very very cold watching the orienteering

sportsman race - but not racing just normal speed, ran with marcus who lead the way, the run went everywhere!
calves hurt a lot until about 8 miles, then suddenly stopped hurting and are fine now, even better than before, very strange.
