Fell Race 2:57:44 [4] 14.0 mi (12:42 / mi) +1524m 9:29 / mi

stuc a'croin, british champs. 2nd u23. 12th f.
it wasn't at all fun in fact it was miserable, felt rubbish from the start.
got big headache after 2 miles which lasted all 12 more miles, got cramp in both feet so kept slipping steeply downhill. at halfway a marshall gave me a snickers which i ate hoping i'd suddenly feel great but was sick a mile later, after getting really worried about massive pains right across my ribs, indigestion? fell into a bog and as i got up went really dizzy and ran straight into a fir tree which made the head hurt more, so sat down for a bit then when i got up got cramp in both hips.
it wasnt the distance that was the problem just had a really off day and everything that could go wrong went wrong

OTC training, it was the hardest circuits session i've ever done...1min40secs of effort, 20secs rest. x 22.
normal exercises but with big weights. each one went on and on and on

the warmdown was a game of dodgeball which made me even hotter and there were 2 balls and no one knew what they were doing any of the time

seeing as the warmdown didnt work i got (some of) them to go running too

Running hills 20:00 [4] 4.3 km (4:39 / km)

distance is guess but between daves and lucys
10 x 30 secs, alternating with 11 x 15 secs. springvale
at the end a lady who watched us training up the hill gave us a note of thanks as she could hardly speak with excitement
