to Keeponrunning to spend voucher from race. ok on way out - took a long route. tried coming back fast but suddenly got really tired and had to stop - first time i've ever had to stop in a run since i was about 11...very relieved to finally get home
past month has not been good training wise and especially not this week

enforced rest from running due to architorture deadlines.
have had around 11 hours sleep since tuesday...it will be an interesting experiment to see how long i can do this for...

Tigers todger, 1st f.
didn't feel like racing so went fully prepared just to spectate - even took work with me...then suddenly somehow i seemed to have paid and was on the line...so i had to run. set off fast with J, surprisingly i felt normal again ie going at an ok pace without too much effort - made sure i didnt go fast enough to get properly out of breath, or run into any trees
