about 7 or 8 miles. first couple of miles fairly steady, last few a lot faster

elbow/arm is infected, the doctor says green is not a normal elbow colour
so otc camping is not allowed...although luckily running still is!

preintervals run - bumped into Laura just up the road who's finally back! so ran with her til endcliffe where she ran on and i did intervals jumping things

seven short intervals. wasnt feeling especially energetic so not fast.

couldnt do any exercises using/leaning on arms, legs, stomach or hips - so did lots and lots of sit ups and standing on one leg with eyes shut
