1st leg with Karen. fastest ladies pair on our leg. overall team 3rd i think.

afternoon rivelin run, muddy and very lovely sunshine through trees.
felt very tired for first 40 minutes, then i stopped thinking. then i decided a 20 minute 'effort' might be a good idea - it was.

very annoying horrible day of working so orienteering was not the best plan. as i found out on the way to no 1. then my brain said no, so i jogged back.

for the first time it was still dark when i left the house...spinning was full of orienteers and architects!

i was not up for any sort of hills or track so did an easy run with lucy it was fun, and a good little break - we went to the fat cat and tesco too
