jog to ecclesall road to see kim. it was painful but not terrible. as in i could jog...but at about 12 minute mile pace

physio. apparently by wearing new shoes my knee rolled in, pulling the hip joint forward and locking it out of place, causing big strain on hip flexors and quads.
which explains why stretching did not work, as joint was dis located.
but now its been put back in place!! (which really hurt) and muscles loosend off. so can run soon hopefully

coming home...jog/walk as hip was so so painful!! worse than before.. probably because it had just been moved around. hopefully will get better now.
