the bike cut out and suggested i cool down after 25 mins. because no one would ever possibly want to cycle for any longer? so i tricked it and did it twice.

contact lens came out (crap goggles. good ones gone missing) what a pain

jog to see kim again. took the new trainers for her to look at - apparently the injury was caused by faulty shoes!! R shoe slopes inward and put my leg wrong. so no running for a bit :(
hip is now in the right place but it hurts because now the wrong muscles are working. they need time to re-learn where they should be. or something..it made sense when she was telling me.

but i am allowed to cycle. so went to gym on way back. it was so dull.

Rivelin. Slow. ok for some but the hip got stiff and would not move proper by the end. I'm so bored of running slowly

test run. so much better but not perfect - hip ached toward the end but at least it is sort of working again..now it is put back in the right place
hooray i can sort of run again finally !!

jog to ecclesall road to see kim. it was painful but not terrible. as in i could jog...but at about 12 minute mile pace

Note

physio. apparently by wearing new shoes my knee rolled in, pulling the hip joint forward and locking it out of place, causing big strain on hip flexors and quads.
which explains why stretching did not work, as joint was dis located.
but now its been put back in place!! (which really hurt) and muscles loosend off. so can run soon hopefully

coming home...jog/walk as hip was so so painful!! worse than before.. probably because it had just been moved around. hopefully will get better now.

was also told i need more glute muscle - apparently thats why im bad at running up hills

a jog. to see if its any better. ok for 6 minutes. then hip hurt quite a bit, all round, then more, so came home short way :(
