New Route, without a map, and did not get lost!
down to rivelin. up to stannington. along fields. near dam(?). down to rivelin. up to fox hagg. back along top of rivelin. up to bole hill. such a lot of big hills!!
but bestrun so far this year, needed sunglasses! what a beautiful day

left at half 5 and ran in the DAYLIGHT!!
stomach ache right through because i ate too many Chew Its this afternoon

jog to library + back. 8 mins. really felt so tired, but forced myself to go down to intervals. paired with laura - 25 mins of 90 sec reps with 20 secs rest. glad i done it - got to stop thinking i cant run, just accept i run slower at the moment

early rivelin with laura. both tired so cut our usual route slightly short. longer hill

planned to do an hour but got a bit lost.
felt quite alright at a steady pace but any effort e.g hills was hard work.

no energy whatsoever, still glad i went though

Note

test results = very low ferritin levels (3 whatevers - it should be over 25 apparently) explains my complete lack of energy & crap running at the moment
it's good because i was slightly worried that i might just be really unfit!

Now on a massive high dose of pills for a while...yay...
