Went running with Lizzie which included going right along stanage edge and trekking through bogs.

Cross Country Race (Race) 12:28 [5] 2.0 mi (6:14 / mi) +60m 5:42 / mi

North of England Relay Cross Country Champs - I was 2nd leg in team with Lizzie and Nic. we won by 2 mins and Hannah made good cake. :)
And Hallamshire B team came 2nd and our C team came 3rd!
