Fell Race (FRA Relays - Stirling) 1:41:00 [4] 16.5 km (6:07 / km) +1000m 4:42 / km

struggled to get going for the first half, but once the second mountain had been climbed and we only had one more to go up I was ok in the second half but still tired from race and travelling yesterday.

Naional Road Relays, Sutton Park. 1st leg. really felt quite un energetic but i ran as fast as i could not feeling great but there were a lot of fast people there.

day off yesterday in the hope hips and hamstrings recover but muscles all feeling quite tight so a bit worried about doing 2 races this weekend but can't do anything about that now

early run. a person in a syo top waved and beeped from their car at me, i couldnt see who it was though.

Odin Mine Race, Neil ran round with me. We ran up to the top of Mam Tor, along to a Seat, down the other side (steep) to Edale Valley, along the valley to a checkpoint, then along and right up to the top of Mam Tor again (steep again).

My headtorch was rubbish and my left hamstring got very tight on the flat valley bit but the sunset was beautiful when we were going up Mam Tor and it was very fun running along in the Peaks in the dark!!
(It would not have been as fun on my own though as I'd have definately got lost)
