Fastish run with Neil to catch the others but they went a different way. We got lost and found a new path but caught everyone 15mins from the end so slowed down a bit then.
L hamstring cramp/pain when going up hills.

i now know that it is not the best idea to do two such races so far away from each other in one weekend - didnt feel great racing yesterday and tired today.
Hamstrings were ok but i yanked my right hip out when i fell in a hole going through the tussocks yesterday - so no running today.
