short run still feel VEry tired, i wanted to stop as soon as i started running which was not any fun.

run to track + warming up

2 min reps. felt ok on the first two but suddenly got very very tired, managed to do two more but then decided i'd cut it down to 400m reps which i managed to do two of but felt so drained of energy i had to stop, annoying to feel so rubbish after about only 10 minutes of effort.
so to redeem myself i decided to run home instead as the session was going on for another 30mins (mistake)

so set off running back slowly but stupidly took a shortcut through kelham island which was isolated dark and scary so i had to run fast, so ended up even more exhausted very quickly.
not sure what was wrong but i was very tired and could not get up the hill so caught a bus(!) home which solved everything and was the best use of 50p ever.
